2008: Ted
is soon to be Senator Kaufman from the great state of Delaware. He
will be appointed by Governor Minner to fill the first two years of Vice
President-elect Joe Biden's senate seat. The appointment will
take place upon the official resignation from the Senate by Biden.
Biden will resign immediately after the swearing in ceremony for his 7th
term in January 2009. In the fall of 2010 there will be a general
election to fill the remaining 4 years.
